I want to cry

I’m on like month 3 from getting off bc and every month my pms symptoms have gotten worse. I’ve been getting random cramps, stabbing lower stomach pain, I’m emotional af and my boobs are hurting like period boobs and I’m 12 days out from my period. I don’t know what’s wrong and I’m thinking i should call my gyn cause i feel like shit. I haven’t had sex I’ve just been fucking around and his dick has never touched my vagina cause I’m still and virgin so i know it’s just my hormones but i can’t stop wondering what’s wrong is this normal or am i just going crazy. Can pms start this early? I just finished ovulating today
