PCOS AND PREGNANCY!

I'm a Google fanatic and being recently diagnosed with PCOS, I googled about PCOS and pregnancy. Seems likely I'll miscarry or that my positive tests which are getting darker by the day are false positives. Any other PCOS sufferers with successful pregnancies? Suggestions?
