Weird discharge while being Vivid 19 positive

Hey ladies. So I've been tested positive with Covid 19 and I've noticed that I'm having a weird discharge. My period isn't due for another 9 days and this isn't like a period.

I do have a lot of abdominal pain (apparently this is a symptom) and I've read up that discharge is common if you're sick and dehydrated.

I am currently on the Evra patch and I haven't missed or mixed a patch in 9 months since starting to use it.

Is anyone here experiencing this? Any advice?
