Intense cramping

I’m experiencing intense cramps for the past couple of days off and on all day like intense stabbing period cramps but I’m not due for my period for another week and a half. I keep checking to see if I’m spotting or anything and nothing. Anyone else experience cramps this far out or could it be something else? Ibuprofen really isn’t doing anything maybe for the first hour then the cramps come back. I’ve been pretty regular my whole life and cramps usually only come on a couple days before my period so I’m a little confused here lol
