Pregnant again after miscarriage

So im currently in my first trimester. Im about 5 weeks. This is my second pregnancy. First time mother. I got pregnant back in august of 2020. and I just found out that I am pregnant again. I am terrified but filled with joy. My last pregnancy ended in a miscarriage sadly. I was only 7 weeks. I didnt even get to go to my first appointment. I am posting this in hopes of other woman who have gone through similar situations can give me some hopeful advice to ease my anxiety. or share similar situations. Greatly appreciated.
