Help help please

Big tmi!!

So maybe for two years or so I have bad problem picking nose.So it will be dry bugger and afterwards it will start blood with blood clots.And I’m doing it in my sleep.I clean my nose but now I notice I have freaking hole in my nose like on the pictures I’m so scared

I will call doctor tomorrow but what can be done please help

So went to doctor this morning and she told me it is not uncommon to have hole in nose and made me referral for doctor for nose.

@Carrisa I never used coccain so it could be I was born with it.
