SPD (symphysis pubic dysfunction)
Anyone have symphysis pubic dysfunction? I’ve been looking up my symptoms because I’ve been in a lot of pain the last couple days and think I might have it. I feel grinding in my hips and lower back sometimes when I’m walking, last night had horrible pain in my groin area, and I have lightning crotch (I know a lot of women get that). I am going on day two of just hurting so bad I don’t want to get out of bed. I’m almost 28 weeks
