Dealing with no more children scenario

Hello I'm not really sure if this is the right place for this.

So have 1 son who is 2. And due to developing health complications my husband and have discussed not having any more children. Which we both agreed upon. now feel extremely broody and I'm starting to feel depressed that we will not be having any more children.

It's not an option and keep telling myself why it's not an option and reminding myself but that doesn't make this any easier. Ihave looked into adoption, discussed it with my partner who says we do not have the space in our house for another child anyway (moving is not an option either )

just feel trapped, depressed and desperate n impossible baby that l'm never going to get and struggling to come to terms with that fact.
