Would I need an hsg test if I was pregnant before?

So next week is our 2nd fertility clinic visit (1st one was about a year ago and ended up pregnant just before the hsg test but unfortunately ended in miscarriage). My question is could the doctor suggest an hsg test even tough I was pregnant before? Thanks ☺️

Yes I had been pregnant 5 times and I still had an hsg when getting fertility treatment. They want to make sure there’s nothing wrong with the tubes NOW.

Thank you all for your help. I guess we'll have to go in and see what the doc suggests. Wish us luck, I'm so nervous yet want to get over this hurdle cause at this point I feel stuck.

So yes they will want to do the HSG since you never did it.

Since your last hsg was relatively recent maybe your doctor would be ok with just doing an SIS. Talk to your doc about this alternative if you’re looking to save time and/or money
