Cervix open?

Just after some advice myself and my partner are ttc #3 I havnt have a period since I've been pregnant had my son so that's now 20 months son is 11 months, my cervix is very much open an quite low down could there be a possibility of conceiving im also breastfeeding 1 feed during the day and 2x feeds through the night, we also did the deed last night but I was getting some pain where my right ovary is what could this mean?
