How long does it take to be sexually ready after a C-section

I gave birth in January 15th through C-section and am glad recovery have been fast. I feel my husband ain't happy because each time he wants sex or touches me I get irritated and I push him away because of my fears about the operation. I tell him am not emotionally and mentally ready for sex now and his reaction to it gets me worried. I dnt know if am over reacting about it but I can't seem to get the fear of making the area pain or even swell.

I really don't know what to do . I feel bad for denying him sex.
