Successful pregnancy after bv treatment?!

So my partner and I have been ttc since the new year of 2021. This is ttc #2 for me and #1 for him. August I started the patch, went out of town and forgot my 2nd week's patch. So whatever I tried to just get off altogether nomore being selfish wishing for a hot girl summer lol. I have had a period every other week from mid August to December. January is when things seem to get normal and I've been tracking ovulation with opks and no luck until late March I consulted with my ob and I got a culture and full panel std and HIV bloodwork..turns out I had bv, I finished my antibiotics and I just want to know if any of you ladies had bv and got pregnant after? How many cycles did it take after treatment? Any advice, tips, or suggestions? Feel free to share with me...thank you in advance.
