Gestational Diabetes
I’m hoping you ladies can help me out I’ve just been diagnosed with gestational diabetes the last couple days have been hard trying to figure out what I can and can’t eat and how much of something I can have I have an appointment with a nutritionist next Thursday so I’m not sure how I’m supposed to change my eating if I can’t get professional help if anyone has dealt with this or knows anything about it I would greatly appreciate your help
