I think I’m having a miscarriage

My period was due around the 2nd I had a period in February but completely skipped the month of March had no PMS symptoms aside from mood swings and nausea. I got my period 3 days ago and there’s a lot of clots and tissue coming out. So much so that I bled while I was in the shower and the some of it won’t come out the tile because it’s so much tissue. Is it possible I’m having a miscarriage? I never checked to see if I was pregnant
