Merak Burr

On December 2, 2020 in Ohio Merak Burr was stopped by two state troopers for speeding with a gun without a permit. One trooper named Brian Garloch stopped the vehicle and asked him to step out the car to which Merak said no his partner Mike Sigman asked him to put his hands on the steering wheel to which Merak Burr responded no officers then Burr asked if the cops body cams were on because they are violating his rights and saying this is not how you act civilly at one point of the video the officer Sigman said " i will put this dog on you". As the situation goes on Merak Burr becomes more annoyed and Garlock says to him"you just put your hand on a gun sir" and grabbed his forearm to which Burr replied "no you pulled a gun on me i have a constitutional right and i will shoot you my gun is my constitutional right i will shoot you" while the cops are telling him to just relax and calm down and" we can talk about this we can figure this out" Merak gets more agitated and says "right now you're pointing a gun at me sir right now my life in threat I'm just going to drive away im not going to bother anybody" and he proceeds to drive away as the cops chase him. Later he is caught alive 2 hours later and charged with two counts of failure to comply with a police officer, improperly handing a firearm and two aggravated menacing charges for threats made against the local officers his bond is set at $100,000 by a Hamilton County judge. Merak Burr refused to put his hands on the steering wheel, refused to get out the car, put his hands on his gun, threaten to shoot the cops twice and closed his car door and sped away. The cops did not shoot him but offered to talk to him and calm him down they chased his car along for two hours before he got caught in Delaware.

Edit: ya probably googled his name and found out he was white but i left his race out on purpose because even if i didn't say it you could tell he was white based on how the cops treated him. I just wanted to show how we perceive color
