I’m currently pregnant don’t know how far along I am. My hcg levels are 883 and rising. Last period was 2/21/21. Just passed this earlier. Is this a miscarriage or implantation?

Since you should be in your 7th week I would say it’s a miscarriage 
Your hcg is very low so I think it’s likely it increased in the first couple weeks but is now dropping and that’s why you’ve started bleeding  
I am so so so terribly sorry you’re going through this. I’ve been through it so many times and I know how painful it is to go through emotionally.

My lmp was 2/25 and I’m 7 weeks today. That’s definitely not implantation it’s way too late for that. I would call the dr ASAP as that’s more than spotting that’s serious tissue and resembles a miscarriage honestly. It might not be, but it could be.

Could have been a small hemorrhage next to baby possibly when it all releases they can no longer see the blood on ultrasound. They saw one with my second pregnancy at 7 weeks and at 13 weeks I had a similar clot come out baby was fine it was just the little pocket of blood from implantation that released suddenly my son is now 7 months old.  Hope all is well ❤ I know its scarry. I just had a missed miscarriage and before this loss I had 3 spontaneous losses the bleeding is usually bright red and then passing tissue hours later or the next day but that's not always the case. It does look like older blood and more like a small clot which is promising especially if nothing else comes after. Good luck hope to see an update soon ❤

Try and stay calm I know that sounds ridiculous but stress is the last thing you need right now none of us are doctors this could mean a range of things or nothing I would definitely get checked by a doctor or pregnancy unit ASAP. Praying for you 🙏🏼
