Boil that hurts !! Posted picture TMI

This boil has been here a couple days & it hurts. I don’t have any type of std I did a full screen blood work & all of it. I get these boils a couple times a year & idk what causes them or what will help them go away. I forgot to ask my doctor about it and I plan to ask my next appointment ( I’m pregnant ) . Anyway any advice would help
