11 dpo bfn!! HELP!

I had unprotected sex 2-3 days before ovulation. This will be my second pregnancy. My daughter is 4years old & i’m 26.

I tested yesterday at 11 dpo and got a negative. Today (Friday) I am having a lot of lower abdominal cramping & having a heaviness feeling in my vagina, my AF isn’t due until Tuesday...do you guys think I may still have a chance of a Bfp?? Also this past week I was sick with cold/flu symptoms for three days then they just disappeared && I never get sick.
