When did you announce your baby!?

When do you announce your baby to your family and friends? When will you let your employer knows about your baby?

We are going to immediately.  I've had 3 losses with my latest at 21 weeks. So to me, there is no "safe" period.

Wondering about this. My mom sis in law and sis knows already. Other family members I plan to tell after the three month mark. Previously I told everyone in the Fam immediately and the comments were not very encouraging. They all suggested that I should confirm first completely ignoring my excitement. So I’ll wait till 3 months this time around.

My mother knew the day after I tested positive, because we live with my parents and I’ve had an ectopic so I needed to be monitored and they’d wonder where I was going lol, I told my father it was to check hormones to start ivf
We also told a few close friends, couple other family members around 9 weeks and announced it online at 13 weeks

Like immediately with our first, we were too excited to wait. Around 12 weeks with our second. Just found out we’re pregnant with #3 and I plan on waiting a little longer this time, just to make sure baby is healthy and all is good.

We told my mother, sister, and mother/father-in-law as soon as we got a positive test (5 days after missed period). Told everyone else at the beginning of the 2nd trimester. 
I was on leave because of the pandemic so it didn't affect my job, but because my boss and his son are like family (been working there since I was 17, currently 32), I told them when I told everyone else. 😂

We told family after confirmed heartbeat, friends around 10-12 weeks, my boss I told around 9 or 10 but only because I was feeling so horrible that it apparently showed on my face and false rumors were going around, plus I had a good relationship with her. Otherwise I wouldn't tell work until much later.

I told family and friends at 12 weeks for first baby. I let my manager and colleague know at 6weeks so they would be lenient when I was sick. I told HR at 20weeks.
