Milk bleb!
1 week postpartum with my second baby, I definitely have a milk blister. It’s a white spot on my nipple that hurts when baby nurses. My question is, the top of my boob has been feeling hard but not red or painful. Is that a clogged duct? I’ve tried an epsom salt soak and making sure my breast is empty after feeds but the bleb shows no signs of wanting to come off. I didn’t ever have this with my first I’m so lost here 😭
