Is it weird to buy yourself flowers and chocolates

Like part of it was to make my ex jealous, we still live together. So I got flowers delivered.

But I also did it because I'm still hurt over the break up and so to cheer myself up. I just bought something nice for myself.

He got jealous when he saw a gift note, my mum had sent me something. He doesn't know my mums name. But it said "Just because I love you". I've had it for a while because I didn't want to throw it away. He had only just seen it.

His reaction was "who the f*** that from". So he is bothered even though he claims he doesn't get jealous.

But is it weird to buy yourself gifts like that?
