Baby’s head feels like it’s in my vagina?

Anyone else feel like their baby’s head is in their vagina almost? Pretty much from the time I woke up today I have this wiggling feeling down there and he moves so suddenly and it’s SO LOW with so much pressure. The lowest I have ever felt him. Since he’s been head down I have only felt movement more so up by my belly button and the right side of my ribs where his feet are. I still have 7/8 weeks. I am high risk for preterm labor so that scares me.
