Fell at work 31 weeks pregnant

I fell and landed on my right knee, it does hurt but will the impact hurt my baby? I’m not so worried because i didn’t land on my butt, i have no bleeding or anything just the knee pain. They did have me talk to the med core ppl and file a report just in case. I’m not that worried but should I be worried? I think it’s fine just my knee but nothing else. It was all because someone dropped milk noticed and didn’t clean it up and i was walking towards the restroom and slipped.
