I tested positive for covid and I can’t stop crying

I went to the doctor today because of a really fast heart rate I’ve had since Saturday and I thought it was related to my birth control. When I got there though they wanted to test me for Covid and turns out I have it. They did a rapid test so I got my results in 15 minutes and I’m not sure how I have it. All I have is a really fast heart rate and I honestly thought I had a blood clot, but they said it’s fast because of COVID at 125 bpm. Should I get retested and get someone else to check on my heart? Also what can I do to get over this quickly if the positive is correct? I’m so scared I feel worse now because I can’t stop crying idk what to do. I’m only 21 I don’t want to die from this or have permanent side effects😭 please pray for me 💔😭
