TMI!! 5wk pp pregnant again ??!

I am currently six weeks postpartum in three days. Three or four days ago my fiancé came all over my vagina (and honestly a smalll part of him may have gone slightly in a few times) after I also came (there wasn’t penetration Bc I’m not cleared for that yet by my dr). Yesterday and today I have been having a lot of egg why, ovulation like discharge more than I have seen before. Is there a chance I could be pregnant again? Or do you think it’s just ovulation? Or just due to postpartum hormonal changes?
