Early miscarriage?? Super confused

I’m supposed to be about 7 weeks today but I got a blood test done today and my levels are only at 842 so I think it’s safe to assume I’ve had a miscarriage. 10 days ago my levels were 303 but they had been doubling. I had brown spotting for a week after having sex 9 days ago but I never had heavy red bleeding and now the spotting is completely gone. Was that my bleed or will I still have a heavy bleed to come? How soon do the symptoms go away?? I’m still super bloated, tender nipples, super gassy, and really tired. So confused but I know with those blood results it can’t be good.
