Cant poop 😫
Literally ever since I had my son my bowel movements have been terrible but now I cannot poop at all any suggestions or anything 😫
I know it’s TMI but I need something that will help me!
Also, been drinking a lot more coffee lately and I read that to much can lead to constipation but I don’t know if that’s an actual cause.
