Should I see my OBGYN or a dermatologist?

Hello ladies 👋 about 4 weeks ago I found a red bump on my right breast. My fiancé said it might be a bug bite, but it doesn’t itch. But we put a Benadryl ointment on it just in case. It hasn’t come to a head like a pimple, and it doesn’t feel sore. I wondered if it was an ingrown hair or something or maybe a developing boil. Two weeks later and it’s still there, PLUS a new red spot on the same breast. This one looks more inflamed and has gotten a little darker. Plus it feels a little sore. I would like to have this checked out by a doctor but I don’t know if I should see my obgyn or a dermatologist first. The fact that all this is happening on the same breast is a red flag in my book. Any suggestions?
