Covid symptoms you had?

I tested positive for covid on Monday and they think I’ve had it since Saturday based on the symptoms. My only symptom was a fast heart rate and stomach pain from Saturday until Monday and today I just got diarrhea. Now I’m freaking out because what if I get even more symptoms later... it’s only day 4 I’m so scared. Did any of you develop symptoms later? Did anyone else have diarrhea, and if so how long did it last and what came after it? Also what symptoms did you have in general? I’m just really scared and need hope and encouragement I’ll recover and not get worse. If you see this please pray for me and help with my questions.
