Macro Counting!
Wish a sister luck on her journey through macro counting. This is my goal for now after a month or so I will adjust them. I do not have a coach; I am doing this myself along with trying to write up a workout plan. No matter your size, we can all get stronger!
Lunch & snack I got 87g carbs, 20fat& 36 protein.
I didn’t track dinner as I figured it would be complicated with the dish we had. So there’s always tomorrow.
Anyone else want to go on the journey together?
Google helped me figure out how many calories I’d like in a day, and then I adjusted how much percentage of each macro I want. The app I’m using is my fitness pal.
It’s a little complicated, but I also did just begin.
