I’m really scared! I have a 2 month old and ever sense

She was born she’s has been breathing weird I constantly ask my doctor and he says it’s not her lungs it in the upper part before the lungs told me to use the vics and make sure to have the air thing going and I do but I judt feel like somethings wrong and I wanna get another opinion but I want you’re guys advice too as this ever happened to u
