How to break bad nighttime habits in 2 yr old
My 2 year old wakes up four (sometimes more) times at night asking for a yogurt pouch. I give in because I'm so exhausted. I have some health issues and desperately need my sleep. The interrupted sleep is making it worse. I know this yogurt pouch habit is my fault. But I don't know how to stop it and what to do now. Does anyone have suggestions on how to make it stop? We feed her a snack before bed, and she eats plenty during the day.
