Cervix pain ??

I’ve been having these pains the last couple days where it feels like baby is pressing really hard on my cervix. It hurts so bad I’ve gotta stop what I’m doing for a second. I’ll be 35 weeks tomorrow. My cervix has been on the shorter side. My last measurement was at 22 weeks and it was 3.2cm. Not sure if what I could be feeling is my cervix starting to dilate or what.

Is this at least a good sign that he’s head down? I’ve got an ultrasound next Tuesday to see how much he weighs and what position he’s in.

My pregnancy has been super complicated and I’m being induced in my 39th week so that my obgyn can coordinate with my hematologist and the blood bank to ensure the hospital has platelets as I’ll need transfusions during birth. I’m praying I can go into labor naturally as I can’t have any pain meds or anything like that and I know Pitocin can make contractions really intense.
