Having twins?

Could you tell you where having twins before the first ultrasound? Did you feel different? What were your signs that just made you think or know it was twins?

I was just curious. Twins runs on my husbands side. We go tomorrow 4/22 for our first ultrasound. As crazy as it sounds I am actually hoping it is twins. I have had so much gas (burping constantly) and feel huge for only being a little over 8wks. This is my 3rd pregnancy but it has been so different then my last 2. I didn’t think there was really a “way to tell” til the ultrasound.

I always thought it’s twins because they run in my family. Everyone was joking and said that I‘m having twins. 
Well das story, we do but just one made it due to transfusion syndrome but they will be twins forever ♾

Nothing can be an indicator of twins except ultrasound

Nope. No idea until ultrasound. No signs or symptoms will indicate twins. I had no symptoms 🤷🏻‍♀️
