Spiritual awakening or kundalini?
I’m so confused right now.. for awhile I thought I was going through a spiritual awakening now I’m wondering if I accidentally did a kundalini while meditating? Idk a lot of has changed this month. Lost my relationship, my car really seeing who people are friends and family idkkk wtf is going on 😭
