Exercise during IVF
So, curious to know how you adjust your routines during an <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a> cycle. Previous cycles I would completely stop working out – but it makes me such a "not fun" person to be around. This time I figured I would still keep up with some physical activity, but just not as much as my usual. My typical week is three hours of cardio and two hours of strength training.
My acupuncturist says it's better for me not to do weights during the 2WW, so thinking I will set up some of that with yoga. Not sure what to do about cardio – maybe take it easy the first few days after the transfer. And then gradually ramp it up…
Any thoughts on how to stay fit and sane during an <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a> cycle? Any tips appreciated. I don't want to be in slug mode again... My previous RE used to tell me just to not do anything, but my new one seems to be pretty open about being active.
