Sunny side up 9+lbs HELP

I’m debating asking for an elective c section...I’ve heard of the horror stories of 20+ hours of labor with a sunny side up baby..I’m absolutely terrified of the extreme perineal tearing that comes with having babies sunny side up. I have 7 days for him to flip but I just don’t see that happening as he is already grinding my pelvic bone down.

I need stories please...I need advice...I have no mother figure and don’t know anyone who’s ever been in this situation 😭
