Spotting then BFP

Hi all I am currently 12/13 dpo, I did my first IUI this cycle and am waiting to do a HCG blood test in 3 days. I wanted to know has anyone experienced light pinkish spotting before getting their BFP? I am still holding on to the hope that I'm not out this month. Responses would be appreciated!
