Advice Needed

Hello All! I have been TTC for a couple months now. I had surgery the beginning of last year to remove a rather lg uterine fibroid (18in, 2.34 lbs.) And late oct I conceived my first child who sadly while at our 9wk US did not have a heartbeat. I opted to let my body naturally achieve balance instead of surgery, so the physical miscarriage didnt happen until early Jan this yr. I have had a period in Feb and March with light spotting between those two. But this month I'm 14 days overdue but still BFNs. I would love for all the tests to be false negatives, but honestly im afraid the fibroid has already started growing back. Any advice is much appreciated.
