Anyone find it hard to get all your fruit and veg in one day?

With the job I have I find it hard to get my 5 a day in one meal or even two! So I started smoothies! This one is spinach,blueberry,strawberry,gooseberry,kiwi, bananas and milk! Day three and feeling great!
