Movements have stopped 😳

I start feeling my daughter move at 12+3 , when I went to an elective scan at 12+2 they said I was measuring 13+1 but that wouldn’t change my due date since it was only a couple days of a diff .. today I’m 13+4 according to my apps 14+2 if I go off what the lady told me about being ahead .. and I don’t feel her as often and now and I’m starting to worry .. I feel like I atleast need to hear her heartbeat or summ 😩😩😩😩

Just to feel at ease and know she’s alright in there and my next OB appointment isn’t untill the 12th
