How do you feel a baby move?

How do you feel a baby move? Like what it feels like? Cramps or like what?
This is my 1st baby so have no idea.
Also with anterior placenta, at how many weeks do you mostly feel a baby move?

First it was flutters for me.  Then it was like a wave thru my stomach.   After that, it’s real distinguishable😅

My mum told me it's like feeling an eyelash flutter on the inside of your belly. I dunno what that means because I've o my felt gas so far 😂

Honestly feels like gas bubbles at first!

It’s feels like little pops of bubble wrap at first. As they get bigger it’s like little knocks. When they are bigger it’s like they are stuck in a sheet trying to roll over and their one or elbow sticks straight out 🤣

At first like a vibration, then like something pushing inside, then eventually it’s totally noticeable even from the outside.

In the beginning it feels mostly like little taps from the inside. I had an anterior placenta with my first and felt first movements at 19 weeks
