Four month regression?

I have a four month old who has been a great sleeper this far (knock on wood 2x). Lately she has started to become really difficult to get to sleep. Just started all of the sudden. We do our normal routine, but the moment I take her in the room to get to sleep, she begins to fight. She curls up her legs, whines, and just fights me. It went from gentle rocking and soft singing for five minutes to having to bounce my whole body while swaying at a quick pace for at least 15-20 mins to get her to sleep. I have to continue it perfectly for awhile for her to actually fall and stay asleep otherwise she will begin fighting again. But here is the catch, once she is asleep, she still sleeps quite well. Napping she has stopped doing well as well, but nighttime sleep is still good despite the fighting to sleep. Last night she did wake up after an hour and took an hour to get back to sleep, but then had two five hour stretches. She also wakes really fussy now in comparison to before when she would just squirm in her crib until I woke.

I’ve heard of the four month regression and have heard some will still sleep well, but have a harder time getting to sleep. Is this possibly her regression or something else? Thanks in advance!(:
