New Guy Red Flags?

I started dating this guy & he’s such a gentlemen but, a few things I found as red flags maybe that I’d love to get an opinion or help on 😬🤦‍♀️

- He’s obsessed with money making & money in general

- He tells me more than often that he thinks I’m perfect & he doesn’t want to mess me up he said drinking & smoking but, Idk.. hmm

- Gambler he’s always at a casino

- He’s praises meeting me a lot & promises to treat me right & stuff it’s not really a red flag but, guys I’m new to dating stuff

Please share any advice I’d love to hear feedback dating can be fun & tough lol
