Is it normal for my baby to have bruises

So she’s about 14 months old, she walks really good and is running around our house now which has really hard floors. She has slipped multiple times hitting her head which always scares me but she is always fine . She falls a lot in general from tripping or going to fast and then later I’ll notice she has a few bruises on her legs. Well today she was standing at our bedside table playing with toys and somehow fell? Idk if she was like bouncing up and down or what but next thing I know she’s laying on the floor crying. I pick her up and she’s fine within like 1 minute. Later that day when she’s napping I notice a bruise on her chin and cheek now which is where she must have hit. I feel so bad and idk what I can even do. Is this normal for her to get hurt so much just from running around playing , this is my first baby and it makes me so sad 😭😭😭
