Premie breastfeeding tips

Hello mums!

My baby is scheduled to be delivered in a few days at 34 + 5 due to vasa previa. I’m looking for tips on how to induce and maintain breast milk as I would love a chance to breast feed. I’m a first time mum and currently have no signs that colostrum has formed. I also don’t want to try to hand express or pump right now which could trigger contractions and put baby in danger so any attempt will be started after birth.

Also, I know this is a question to peds which I would ask them next week but if you’re baby was born around this age, how long did it take before they were released from hospital nursery?
