Headache/ER trip

So I have had a headache for a week now. I went to the hospital this past Thursday because I couldn’t take it anymore. They did blood work, took urine, and did a covid test. Everything came back fine. They gave me pain meds even though I told them I had been taking them and they weren’t helping at all. I really wanted a scan on my head but they didn’t want to do one. I don’t have a primary dr and am calling around but will probably be waiting for weeks to be seen. Should I herbs second opinion at a different hospital. This is such a debilitating pounding headache. It’s pain and pressure. Moves to the right side occasionally. Tingling, light and sound sensitivity. My neck is also sore. The pain comes and goes in my head. My eyes are heavy. It’s hard to “get rest” as I have a very active 2 year old.
