So yesterday after two days of Braxton Hicks continuously with no breaks I went into triage to be checked out as I was experiencing cramps and a backache as well. I was having contractions every 2-3 minutes. I dilated from 2-2.5cm while I was there so not much.

They ended up sending me home a few hours later after no progression but still having contractions.

After getting home they let up, and today I haven’t had nearly as many but still crampy with a backache and pressure.

I lost my mucus plug this morning and it was bloody. Can cervical checks cause that? Or should I be prepared for early labor after all the contractions I had. Anyone experience something similar??
