What do your cramps after sex during early pregnancy?

In January when I had my CP, I miscarried the morning after we had sex for the first time since conceiving.

Now, **I** know it had nothing to do with it, but my husband was very spooked and felt so needlessly guilty 🙄 So now that I’m 5+6 with our rainbow he’s been holding out on me lol

Until this morning 😂 I caught him in a moment of weakness. Anywhoo, now hours later I’m noticing very mild on and off cramps in the looower center of my abdomen (bikini line area). Likes gentle pressure for 5 minutes or so that fades and comes back. Is that the sex cramps I’ve heard about? Or would that have happened sooner? I’m not worried about the sex, but as far as general miscarriage anxiety... well you all know how it is.
