Anterior placenta

I just got confirmation that I do indeed have a anterior placenta and I’m 16+4 and think I have felt my baby move like 1 or 2 times but not sure and haven’t felt her move since 😞 also dr can’t find her HB on the Doppler so always have to do a ultrasound... this is my 4th baby and my only pregnancy that I have had a anterior placenta.... when did you start to feel movement? When was the dr able to use a Doppler and find the HB with anterior placenta? I know an ultrasound is better but it makes me so worried ervry time . Thanks for any input you can give me 👍
